Michael Dam

Michael Dam had over twenty five years of experience and knowledge on addressing business and career challenges. In his professional career, he worked in many different disciplines, including Engineering, Product Management, Business/Strategy Planning, Strategic Pricing, Demand Forecasting and Business Analytics. During his years working for major multi-national companies, he held various management positions, from  Senior Director to serving as Chief of Staff to a Senior Vice President of NetApp, a Fortune 500 company. His employees, peers and executives recognized him as an outstanding manager and many of his employees have gone to become high-level executives at world class companies.

 

He currently provides one-on-one career coaching to college graduates and professionals. To fulfill his passion for teaching, he taught college business classes as an Adjunct Professor at Santa Clara University. For the last several years, he has been volunteering his time conducting regular workshops and presenting at college and professional organization  events. He focuses on providing students and professionals with the know-how's to succeed at their job and career. His educational achievements include Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Chico State University and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of California, at Davis. Hewlett-Packard Company selected him for the prestigious Accelerated Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University.

 

As an entrepreneur, he's providing consulting services to high-tech companies. In addition, he co-founded and has been managing a successful commercial real estate company since 2007. He also holds a California Real Estate Broker License.​
